About Maddie Pfeifer

I'm a writer and communication professional based in Portland, Oregon. I graduated from the University of Portland in 2020 with a degree in Communication Studies, and I have experience working in the journalism and marketing industries.​

 

I have written various forms of content such as newspaper articles, blogs, email copy, social media posts and more. I am a hardworking, detail-oriented individual who enjoys collaboration.​

 

I am currently earning a Technical Writing Certificate from Oregon State University and will complete the program in December 2024. In these courses, I have produced manuals, flow charts, procedure documents, UX reports and presentations. I am constantly trying to diversify my writing skills and expand my areas of expertise.

Ensuring documentation is accessible is an important pillar of technical communication and allows all users to successfully engage with a product or follow a procedure.
